Traditional painter who was born in Penestanan, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali in 1955 in an artistic environment. Ketut started his career as a painter after "Completing Study" under the guidance of painter Nyoman Ridi, besides studying autodidactically. Has liked painting since childhood and started painting professionally since 1970, taking themes that focus on the life of rural communities in Bali such as rice harvest time, traditional market atmosphere, ceremonies. religious, drama performances, cockfighting and others. His works are unique with typical colors of traditional paintings and his works are widely collected by foreign and domestic collectors.
